BackCare Awareness Week 2010 - Beyond the Box

Once again the clinic will be supporting BackCare Awareness Week which runs from October 11 – 15.

Great emphasis is placed on Health and Safety and knowing how to lift heavy objects at work. But how many of us put this into practice when bending or lifting at home; shopping, carrying young children, tidying up their toys or gardening.

This year BackCare Awareness week will focus on highlighting everyday situations that can cause back pain and how to avoid them.
